The pad Thai was delicious. Best I've tasted in years. Also had the tuna tar tar. Yummy

9 of us went here today and it was soooo good! The attended us very well, and the sushi was amazing. We got spicy tuna rolls and salmon nigiri, super good! I will be coming back hopefully every time we got to West Texas.

Passing through Midlland, Texas. Decided to have sushi. This place is fantastic. We each ordered wine. My plum wine came with a plum in it. We had the appetizer ST tower. It was layers of tuna, avacado, rice with special sauce. It was so good. We also ordered crispy shrimp rainbow roll It was so good and freshly made Everything was delicious the atmosphere is pleasant Asian music I would highly recommend Volcano Sushi.
The food is always fantastic. The service is prompt and very kind all of the time. This is a fairly popular restaurant for all times of the day, so plan accordingly but it's very good! It is very modern with hints of traditional Asian vibes.
Fresh made Sushi to some good Pai Tai weee hits in my book. Like it enough to come back a second time. Volcano Roll and Sapporo. Both winners. Good menu selections for sushi and made to order sushi as well. Flight of Sushi is a good choice as well
